Evenings at New Zealand’s Luxury Lodges are special occasions. At The Resurgence we are reknown for our relaxed dinner-party style where guests share good food, stories and many laughs. Join your Hosts and fellow dinner-guests at 7pm for a glass of Nelson wine and the chef's daily 'amuse bouche'.
Served dinner-party style in the lodge's dining room, daily menus are executed by our head chef, to feature fresh local produce and organic vegetables from the lodge's kitchen garden all cooked with passion. Peter has selected the best wines from the Nelson region to compliment our dinner menus.
A candle-lit table in our private dining room or on our romantic outdoor platform is available for anyone celebrating a special occasion.
For guests in the Bush Lodges and Bush Chalets, we offer an alternative casual dinner option with either a large composed salad platter or BBQ ingredients, followed by dessert, to eat in your suite one evening, just let us know by 9am, ideal for honeymoons.
The Lodge Package gives the unique New Zealand Lodge experience with full breakfasts, daily aperitifs & table d‘hote dining.
